Every summer the company Andrew works for (Haselden Construction) hosts a picnic for employees and their families at the Denver Zoo.
This makes for a fun family night for us...free zoo admission--might I add, after the general public has left and the weather has cooled down for the day--, and a fun barbeque with entertainment for the kids.
As our kids grow, it gets more and more fun each year too. This year both Taylor and Russell were crazy about seeing the animals and exploring the park! It seemed like no corner was left unturned or unexplored.
This is Taylor showing super enthusiasm for seeing the seals. I'm telling you, this is the way it was for so much of the evening! These kids were so cute.
